Travelers Needing Special Assistance
Persons needing special assistance for walking, dinning, or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify us at the time of booking. Certain trips and tours are not wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small collapsible wheelchair. We cannot guarantee all locations we visit are wheelchair accessible or the equipment the various carriers we utilize to perform the tours have accessibility with the equipment they provide. PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS AND NEEDS.
Due to space limitations and weight issues and safety issues all airplane tours and helicopters tours restrict luggage. We also restrict luggage on our motor coach tours due to our commercial permit required to cross Hoover Dam. We cannot carry luggage while crossing Hoover Dam.
Your hotel will be glad to hold your luggage even after check out. Call the bell desk to make those arrangements. PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS.
Gratuities and Tips
We believe tipping is a private matter based on service performed. It is customary to tip waiters, porters, drivers and guides. This is not included.
All passengers traveling are required to present Photo ID. Passports, driver license, and state issued ID cards (not work ID) similar to a driver license are valid forms of ID. If you have any questions about or concerning your forms of ID please contact us.
